As part of the “Go Within” workshop, Dr. Stixrud will be speaking on the topic of “Meditation in Practice.” During this talk, he will examine the research on mindfulness, meditation, and Transcendental Meditation (TM), demonstrate how meditation supports emotional health, resilience, and a sense of control, discover how meditation can complement psychotherapy and enhance clinical effectiveness, and cultivate a grounded presence while reducing stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue.
