(1) Take the Beltway to the Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring Exit (31 South). After approximately 1-1.5 miles, take a right onto Cameron Street or a right onto Fenwick Lane. From Cameron Street take the first right into the Montgomery Co. public parking (It is the first entrance after the SunTrust Bank parking area). From Fenwick Lane make a left into the public parking (the parking lot entrance is after the second highrise on the left).
(2) Take the Beltway to Colesville Road South (Exit 30). After approximately 1-1.5 miles, take a right onto Georgia Avenue. Take a left onto Cameron Street and then a right into the Montgomery Co. public parking lot (It is the first entrance after the SunTrust Bank parking area).
From Downtown Washington
Take 16th Street north, out of the city towards Maryland. Stay on 16th Street past the traffic circle which divides DC and MD. About 1 block past where 16th Street crosses over East-West Highway, you will see a sign on the right which says “Silver Spring Business District”. Take that right onto Spring Street. Go right at Georgia Avenue and make a right onto Cameron Street and a right into the Montgomery Co. Public parking lot (It is the first entrance after the SunTrust Bank parking area).
Exit the Silver Spring station (Red line). Walk north on Colesville road (up the hill) approximately 2 blocks. At Georgia Avenue turn left on to Georgia, and walk one block west. Cross over Cameron Street. Enter the second building on the left (Metropolitan Building) next to SunTrust Bank.
The Montgomery County public parking lot is an automated pay-by-space system. You can enter the parking facility from either Cameron Street (the stop light) or Fenwick Lane (1 block after Spring Street heading south). After entering the facility, park your vehicle in a numbered space. Remember your space number and walk to the nearest pay station. Pay stations are located at all the street-level exits. Enter your space number and deposit money for parking hours desired.
There is a private parking lot located behind our office building. The fee is higher than the public lot, and you will have to leave your keys with the attendant.
As Silver Spring continues to develop, finding spaces to park is becoming increasingly difficult, particulary in the middle of the day. We suggest you allow extra time to find a space. There are additional public parking lots on Cameron Street, east of Georgia Avenue, as well as on Wayne Avenue, south on Georgia Avenue.
How to Find Our Office Building
8720 Georgia Avenue is a high-rise called the Metropolitan Building. There are two entrances to the building: through the gold and glass doors at the back (parallel to the parking lot) or the revolving doors at the front entrance which faces Georgia Avenue.
